Return & Refund 

GENERAL CONDITIONS


YOUR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE FOLLOWING TIME FRAMES:

Regular-priced merchandise: 15 days following the date of the purchase.
Promotional and/or sale merchandise: 10 days following the date of the purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability of the product size, design and color. 

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY


Product condition: All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and the original price tags must still be attached. If applicable, the hygienic protection sticker must not have been removed. My Realmood reserves the right to refuse any return of goods if the conditions are not respected.

Refunds: Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase. Failure to present the original payment card will result in a refund using a My Realmood gift card.

Promotion: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.

Price adjustment: My Realmood does not offer price adjustments.

MAIL RETURN PROCEDURES


A return label will be included in the parcel of all shipped orders. All items returned by mail must use this return label.

The minimum amount of $9.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund (depending on the shipping address).

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the returned items must be associated with their initial return label. If you wish to return items from several different packages, these items should not be returned together.

Please complete the return form provided with your order or click here to download the printable version;
Include the completed form along with the merchandise you wish to return in the original packaging or in a secure packaging;
Affix the return label on the packaging, taking care to hide the original shipping label, if applicable;
Drop off the package at a post office near you and keep the carrier's tracking number;
If the items you wish to return come from different packages, repeat the above steps for each package.

Generally, you will receive your refund within 5 business days from the day we receive product and complete the quality check. This time frame may vary due to a high volume and/or depending on your financial institution. All items are inspected on return.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY


Exchange: It is possible to exchange an item purchased online by visiting Myrealmood.com 

Final sale: Sales are final for body products and items sold as clearance items.

Shipping and handling charges: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or My Realmood is at fault.

Damaged of defective merchandise: Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned by mail only. Shipping and handling charges will then be refunded.
